"Text Tool": Add floating text anywhere on the screen on top of the content

1. Click "Text Tool"

2. Enable this function

1. Click the "+" to add a new text box

2. Enter the text content

3. Set the display position of this text block using the X and Y coordinates

4. Configure the text style
