STEP 1.
Get the basic information from Sales to set up
Basic onboard question
Ticketer name (shop name)
Queue name
with TTS or not
TTS Prefix
TTS Postfix
STEP 2.
Log in KABOB Platform and choose the Tico GO App
STEP 3.
Click [+] to add new tickter
STEP 4.
Basic Settings
Enter the ticketer name
Enter the queue name & press [Save]
STEP 5.
Voice Settings
- Select the Audio
- If the client had bought with TTS license, choose the TTS Calls [Delay 0 seconds]
- Set the TTS prefix & postfix
STEP 6.
Copy the display output link
STEP 7.
Open the Lookr App & Publish to device
Choose the device and click edit
Click [+ ] and select [Web Plug-in]
- Paste the Tico GO display link and click [Apply to Devices]
- Select the correct device and click [Apply]
STEP 10.
Copy the controller link on the mobile and Call the number
